Cheeseboards and Thangs – Wedding Vendor Highlight

Today we are featuring Cheeseboards and Thangs, one of our preferred wedding vendors here at Koury Farms and we are delighted to chat with owner, Tatiana and showcase her business on our blog.

Cheeseboards and Thangs offer made-to-order cheeseboards, platters and grazing tables. All lovingly crafted by Tatiana. These are super popular with our couples and they also offer workshops too!

Please can you tell us more about the services/packages you provide?

The biggest sellers are my grazing tables, these tables start at $16pp. For Koury Farm customers we offer $50 off under 1k, and over 1k it’s $100 off. We also offer a free travel fee and free setup. 

How did you get started with Cheeseboards and Thangs?

I love cheese and wine and I made one for my husband’s birthday and my guests loved them. I kept making them for dinners and events and people started asking me to make them for them.

What size events can you cater for?

20 people to as many as people want. My biggest table to date is 400 people.

Do you offer any vegetarian/vegan boards?

Yes, we offer vegetarian/vegan boards for any of our products.

Can you create custom boards?

Yes we do create custom boards!

How far in advance do couples need to book?

As soon as they are ready, we are already booking up for the fall of 2024.

Do you create the boards onsite or are they prepared elsewhere and brought in?

For the grazing tables, we set up on site but we prep everything ahead of time.

Any other tips or advice for couples looking to book a grazing table or charcuterie board for their wedding?

Do it, book the grazing table, your guests will love it, and will be something they will remember. It’s always such a hit.  Make sure the company you use is insured and licensed, and that they are using the best ingredients possible.  A grazing table is a luxury and it’s a great add-on to your wedding but it is something that will become a must-have at weddings. 

If it’s in your budget definitely get one, you will not be disappointed.
