A rainy wedding day did not dampen the spirits for our couple Mckenna and Phillip who married here at Koury Farms in January. Luckily, with our venue spaces, should the weather not cooperate we have options for both an indoor and outdoor wedding, with our covered pavilion and main indoor reception space.
This couple hosted a stunning wedding that oozed class and elegance. We loved that they included some thoughtful and intentional details to ensure their guests felt comfortable and included in their special day.
The bride and her bridesmaids chose to get ready together in our bridal villa, where they had their hair and makeup done. Our bridal villa boasts 4 hair and make-up stations, 2 lounge areas and a luxurious full length mirror, the perfect place to relax and prepare for the big day ahead!
The bridesmaids each wore a gorgeous one-shoulder style long dress in sapphire blue, paired with a small bouquet of ivory florals. An added prop included clear umbrellas to equip them for the weather! The bride wore a stunning off-the-shoulder dress with jewel detailing around the waist and a cathedral veil.
The groom wore a classic black suit and black tie with his groomsmen in dark gray suits with a blue tie. I think we can all agree the entire bridal party looked amazing!
The bride exchanged a first look with her father before it was time for the ceremony to begin!
The ceremony was held under our covered pavilion which is ideal to hold a comfortable ceremony outside without battling any of the elements.
The ceremony centerpiece featured a cross inside a hexagon (available to use for all weddings) with delicate pink drapes and a statement floral centerpiece.
Athena Quartet set the tone for the ceremony, creating a romantic atmosphere as the bride walked down the aisle.
One meaningful gesture that their guests appreciated was providing blankets to ensure they stayed warm and comfortable during the ceremony. These were available with a sign “to have and to hold in case you get cold.”
Our main venue is perfect for wedding receptions and features beautiful string lights, a hand-crafted bar, heating and A/C. Even an indoor ceremony space if needed!
We loved how this couple created a whimsical, romantic ambiance, incorporating floating candles in various sized glasses on each of the long tables, along with some greenery and lanterns. So gorgeous!
As candy lovers, the couple offered their guests bags of their favorite candies – labeled “his favorites”, “her favorites” and “our favorites”
They say a rainy wedding day is good luck, and we hope this is a sign for a long and happy marriage for Mckenna and Phillip!
These beautiful photos captured by Amber Brannen Photography prove that a rainy wedding day can be truly magical!
