Pups & Pumpkins Stole The Show At This Outdoor October Wedding

We are delighted to showcase this outdoor October wedding which took place here at Koury Farms, a winery wedding venue in North Georgia. It encompasses everything we love about this season. From the pumpkin decor, to the crisp leaves and autumnal colors, to the unique touches like the tree guest book and the couple’s cute fur babies – it was perfection!

Outdoor October Wedding Ceremony

It may not be that common to hold an outdoor wedding in October but with North Georgia’s mild climate and our covered outdoor pavilion it is most certainly a viable option! Shaina & Kyle tied the knot here at the end of October 2022 and it was everything you imagine a fall wedding to be!

The ceremony centerpiece floral design by Sonia Decorations was draw dropping, set against the backdrop of the vineyards and changing leaves, it took your breath away and really set the tone for the day. Pops of burnt orange florals caught your eye, blended with pale pinks, leaves, foliage and an abundance of pampas grass added a whimsical feel. 

The aisle was lined with matching colorful floral displays and pumpkins of various shapes and sizes.

The bride dazzled in an intricate lace dress, with the groom in a gray suit and white tie and the pups even dressed for the occasion in doggie tuxedos!

Bridesmaids complimented the fall vibe in wine red dresses, with the maid of honor in a contrasting silky champagne color dress. Flower girls led the way in sage green and white dresses. We loved how all the colors and textures throughout the day really showcased the rustic elements of this season. 

A Whimsical Fall Wedding Reception

Guests were treated to an incredible array of food at the reception inspired by the fall season.

The autumnal color palette was even represented in the food at the reception. Guests feasted on a colorful charcuterie by Cheeseboard and Thangs, leaf shaped cookies, seasonal fruits and veg, and even individual cups of cheese, nuts, salami meat, pumpkins, peppers. What a treat! 

To satisfy a sweet tooth, the guests were treated to chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting and a naked style two tiered wedding cake by Bill Rhodes Bakery

The couple sat at a gorgeous sweetheart table that was surrounded by beautiful white lanterns, greenery, burnt orange and white florals, and pumpkin decor.

We loved their unique choice for a guestbook idea which will double as a memorable keepsake for the couple. It featured a drawing of a tree where each guest was encouraged to sign their name on a branch.
