Today we are featuring Flowerbox By B, one of our preferred vendors here at Koury Farms and we are delighted to chat with the owner, Rebecca and showcase her business on the blog.

Flowerbox By B is a faux floral design business offering high quality floral designs for weddings and events. Rebeccas says she loves her supportive husband of 25 years and being mom to our 4 amazing children, 1 awesome Son-in-law, and a few of the most amazing “bonus children” that we love hanging out with. Let’s learn more about her and her business below!

Please can you tell us more about the services you provide and how Flowerbox by B got started?

I provide high quality faux floral designs for weddings and events. I offer a rental option to help save money! I help couples With floral options that fit within their wedding budget.

I got started on floral design back in high school. I worked at a florist in Orange Park, FL. More recently, I designed faux bouquets and sold them on etsy. It all started during the pandemic. I mailed couples bouquets to use for their “Minimonies” and “Elopements”.

In 2020, a friend of mine asked me if I would design faux florals for her wedding in downtown Atlanta. She brought up the idea of renting florals from me. That is how Flowerbox By B started!

Do you specialize in any types of flowers?

I love to find the most realistic faux florals possible. I have found some incredibly realistic roses that I love to incorporate into my designs.

Do you offer packages or is everything customized?

I offer fully customizable floral designs. I do have special priced Koury Farms packages from time to time. Even my special packages include customized floral designs to fit each couple’s vision.

Do clients get to keep the arrangements or do they need to be returned?

Clients get to keep all of their personal flowers such as bouquets, boutonniers and corsages. 

All of the florals for the Ceremony Space and Reception Space are rentals that match the personal florals. All items can be rented or purchased if desired!

How far in advance do couples need to book your services?

I love to have at least 6 months to plan the florals with my clients. But, I’m not opposed to putting something together last minute, if I have the client’s colors on hand.

Do you provide sample arrangements?

I provide a “Sample Bag” of florals and ribbon colors upon request. I stay in touch with my clients every step of the way. I send photos and videos of every item during the design process.

Do you provide any other decor elements?

I provide florals for everything from the ceremony arch, to wedding sign florals, to customized aisle marker florals, to centerpieces, bud vase florals, table garlands and lots more. I even rent Pampas Grass for the couples that like the Boho look! We even have a large Boxwood Wall that couples can rent for a photo backdrop!

Any other tips or advice for couples looking to book a faux floral designer for their wedding?

I would advise couples to be open minded about faux florals. Using my rental options can save them SO much money! Money that they can then use to upgrade their photographer package, hire a Videographer, add options to their Bar Package, spend more on the Honeymoon, etc! I LOVE to help couples save money!
