We were honored to host Valerie & Matthews’ North Georgia vineyard wedding here at Koury Farms this October.
As you can see by these stunning photos captured by ReyK Photo, emotion was high and love was abundant. Marriage involves bringing two families together and these families were the perfect demonstration of two families uniting as one.
The bride dazzled in a glamorous dress with intricate floral lace motives running down the long sleeves, a plunging neckline and an open back. This was perfectly complemented with pearl detailing in her earings, shoes, ring and her veil.
The bridesmaid matched the simple color palette with her dress in a beautiful sage green shade with a floral crown.
The Groom looked dashing, and stood out in white tuxedo with a black collar and sage bowtie with his groomsmen in black suits and matching color ties.
Love & romance is the essence of your wedding day and this was intertwined throughout their day. The emotion is palpable when you see the ‘first look’ photos and the ceremony.
The couple worked hard to ensure everyone was present in the moment and felt an important part of this special day. They opted for an unplugged ceremony at our covered pavilion, overlooking the vineyards.
This was followed by a reception at our main venue. Tables were adorned with delicate greenery garlands and cream florals, blending rustic charm and beauty. Brushed gold flatware, sage green napkins and a beautiful favor box tied with a ribbon with sweet treats inside were placed at each setting. Even the bride and groom’s champagne flutes were dressed up in wedding attire!
Instead of signing a guestbook, they encouraged guests to sign a block to build a memory tower. A unique touch that the couple can look back on in years to come.
One of the highlights of the evening was when the bride changed into a short dance dress and comfy flats so that she and her new groom could perform a special dance which they had choreographed especially for their delighted guests! It was incredible and looked like a professional dance team had been brought in. We love it when couples add these special touches!
The bride’s father and uncles also performed a special song for the bride. Yet another heart warming moment and unique touch for this day!
Although nobody wanted it to end, the festivities were bought to a close with a sparkler send off! We wish this couple all the happiness in the world for their future together!
